Shipping Policy – Elevate Pro

When you submit your order online, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that your order has been successfully received.

At Elevate Pro, we strive to dispatch all orders received before 12 PM (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) on the same day, subject to payment confirmation and item availability.

A standard shipping rate of €4.99 applies to all orders.

Once your order is collected by the courier, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days within Ireland.

We maintain a large inventory of products; however, if there are any stock-related issues, we will reach out to you promptly.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with our Customer Service team immediately. 

Please note that some orders may take longer to process than others.
